Nonprofit Incubator

How it works

Our team of skilled and experienced coaches, professional partners, and mentors facilitate learning and guide incubator participants on the path toward success. We accompany emerging nonprofits on their journey, helping them develop into strong effective organizations. We build on participants' strengths to assist them to be more collaborative, adaptive, and better prepared to achieve their mission.

GoodWork mentors are current or former nonprofit executives who share their knowledge and experience, provide support, and assist participants as they network and build social capital.

Goodwork Team

Community

The GoodWork community provides nonprofit leaders with a shared brain trust where they can gain moral support and participate in peer-to-peer networking and problem solving.

I have seen many missions undermined by the lack of business foundation. Before hearing about Goodwork, I had already decided to go all in with my project without that solid foundation. But now I feel it’s not only possible to get my project into the world, I actually feel there is no way it can’t be everything I hope for and more. The idea of Goodwork restores my faith in the non-profit model, and also my faith in humanity!”
